EazyWaiver is a document automation tool that generates lien waiver documents using data from your QuickBooks Online account. The Service allows you to:

• Connect your QuickBooks Online account via secure OAuth authentication
• Generate progress and final lien waiver documents from bill payment data
• Download and manage generated waiver documents

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your QuickBooks account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Review all generated documents for accuracy before use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding lien waivers in your jurisdiction

Important: EazyWaiver generates documents based on data from your QuickBooks account. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all information in generated documents
• Ensuring generated waivers comply with your state or local requirements

QuickBooks Integration

The Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit's terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by EazyWaiver. Documents generated using your data belong to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyWaiver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in generated documents
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any issues arising from QuickBooks data synchronization

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
