- Vendor Information: Vendor names and addresses associated with bill payments
- Customer/Project Data: Customer names linked to bills for project identification
- Company Information: Your QuickBooks company ID for authentication purposes
How We Use Your Information
We use your QuickBooks data solely for the following purposes:
- Generating lien waiver documents based on your bill payment information
- Populating waiver templates with accurate vendor and project details
- Maintaining your connection to QuickBooks Online
Data Storage and Security
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to maintain your QuickBooks connection
- Generated waiver documents are stored on our servers until you choose to delete them
- We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
Team Accounts & Data Sharing
EazyWaiver offers team plans that allow multiple users to collaborate under a single company account. When your organization uses a team plan, the following applies:
- Shared QuickBooks Connection: All team members access the same QuickBooks Online company connection. Bill payment data, vendor information, and project data are visible to all members of the organization.
- Shared Waivers and Templates: Waivers generated and templates uploaded by any team member are accessible to all members within the same organization account.
- Administrator Control: A company account administrator can invite new team members by email, assign roles (administrator or member), and remove members at any time.
- Member Removal: When a team member is removed from an organization, their login access is immediately revoked. All waivers, templates, and company data they generated remain intact and accessible to the remaining team members and administrator.
- Data Isolation: Data is never shared between separate organization accounts. Each company's data remains fully isolated from other EazyWaiver customers.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account and contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time
- Request access to the data we have collected
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke EazyWaiver's access through your QuickBooks account settings
Third-Party Services
EazyWaiver integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
